Every canvas is wrapped with the staples located on the back and ready to hang. You do not need a frame for displaying purposes, but you can always use one if intended. 

Paintings are signed and dated only on the back of the canvas.

All 3D resin items are shipped disassembled. All hardware is included in packaging i.e. resin cake stands/jewelry trays, etc.

Please do not keep any resin art or displays in direct sunlight. This can harm the painting and cause yellowing over time. 

I do not provide additional wall hardware for hanging. All my art pieces are ready to hang, but I recommend getting a professional to hang them because if they are not properly hung and they fall, there will be extensive damage to the items.

The resin I use has UV properties, but like anything in time, it can cause changes. Resin can yellow over time. To prevent yellowing, avoid excessive UV/sunlight.

This can happen to ALL resin artwork regardless of the resin and the artist.

RETURN POLICY:

At CreativemantrasbyNeha we take great pride in our vibrant art products. We ensure that all pieces are shipped with the utmost care. Packages are shipped with Priority shipping. No Returns on ready-to-ship or custom order/commissions are offered except in extreme cases where the artist’s (Neha Kukreja) discretion and buyer’s expense would apply. 

If your ordered art piece arrives damaged via shipping, please contact us at creativemantrasbyneha@gmail.com to discuss, and provide pictures, detail specifics etc. that can be forwarded to the courier companies in order to request reimbursement.

SHIPPING AND PAYMENT INFO.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All ready-to-ship orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Timelines for Custom orders/ Commissions will be provided by the artist, generally 7-14 business days are required. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates are generated by Canada Post, your rate and shipping method will be provided upon checkout.

CreativemantrasbyNeha is not responsible for delays encountered by Canada Post or any other delivery service that the package is transferred to during transit.

Any duties, import fees, taxes etc. incurred during transit are the responsibility of the customer/purchaser.

All items purchased from CreativemantrasbyNeha are made in accordance to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
